Evidence over assumptions
- Provide artifacts, diffs, and reports that hold up to review.
- If we cannot prove it, we do not ship it.
Simple over clever

Transparency by default
- Document decisions, trade-offs, and limitations publicly.
- Call out manual review when needed.
Security and privacy
- Least-privilege access and SSRF protection.
- Clear retention, encryption in transit and at rest.
Sustainable velocity
- Small, reversible changes with circuit breakers.
- Measure regressions and roll back safely.
Customer outcomes first
- If it does not genuinely help someone, it waits.
- Focus on what makes the tools easier to trust and use.
How we make decisions
- Customer outcomes over feature volume. If it does not improve provable outcomes, it waits.
- Public by default. Document decisions, trade-offs, and limitations.
- Operate with constraints. Enforce circuit breakers, rate limits, and cost guards.
- Measure twice, ship once. Add e2e tests for critical changes and legal-facing features.
- Bias to interop. GitHub, Playwright, standard APIs—not proprietary lock-in.
